I faced several challenges during my stay. On a positive note, the hotel's location is convenient, situated near many attractions, which made sightseeing easier. However, my experience with the check-in process was frustrating, as I had booked a specific room type that was not available upon arrival. The customer service was lacking overall. I ended up receiving a different room that didn't meet my expectations, and the lack of timely communication regarding issues and my follow-up inquiries left much to be desired.
